Origami

Shona is into Origami nowadays. Mostly trying to work it out from her books and sometimes pestering us to help her.

But when she tells us about what she's learnt in school, we end up thinking ki bhai humne yeh sab to high school mein bhi nahi padha... She talks about planets and solar system, about Pluto not being a planet anymore, about Xena and its scientific name which is 2003 UB 313, then what is going to happen to the sun and the galaxy after a few billion years (however she thinks it's going to happen tomorrow :) ) and what not. The other day she was talking about Walt Disney and how the animation films are made. I found this absolutely amazing. I was a total wimp when I was her age.

Aise hi...

Just sitting here and thinking about nothing in particular. But yes, we have now two babies instead of one. Shona and Mithu. Both of them make our lives as miserable as possible. When one is sleeping the other has to make her wake up. Towards the end of the day all three of us i.e. Mummy, Guddi and I are driven to nuts.

But the way Shona meets Mithu before going to school is amazing. Shona fresh and ready for school and Mithu nicely wrapped up in a wrapper and (probably) dreaming.. Shona would first kiss her Aaji and then proceed to Mithu. She would kiss her on her cheeks and give her nosey and then would remove her wrapper to kiss her feet and tummy. Mithu squirms and wriggles but normally does not get up. I have to constantly remind Shona to hurry as she would miss her school bus.

Here's wishing our little master many many happy returns of the day. We are wishing for your recovery and want to see you in the middle soon again.

The Beginning

Here comes the Funny Genie who's gonna entertain us to no limits at all. We look forward to our future encounters with the Genie and hope he, too does the same.. :D
